Nothing says fashion quite like a dunce cap. Sadly, I never had to wear one, nor did I ever see anybody else wear one. According to the ever-accurate Wikipedia, dunce caps are most often portrayed these days in animated television series. Well, SCREW animation. I'll portray a dunce cap in an
un-animated COMIC that "broadcasts" on the INTERNET. Yea. That'll show pop culture.
