A dream has come true. Over a year ago I had the idea to fry up some bacon and coat it in chocolate to make the most delicious hors d'oeuvre ever. On March 25th 2008,
a friend and I turned fantasy into a scrumptious reality.
Using Trader Joe's %72 dark chocolate and some uncured bacon, the holy trinity of savory, salty, and sweet were at last bound together creating perhaps the worlds most perfect food.
