Man alive! The weather here in Chicago has been CWAZY (← intentionally misspelled). Over the last week we've had all kinds of summer storms, thunder, lightning. Incredibly humid. I say summer storms because that's what it feels like. It's like
winter gave spring a miss and went straight on into summer.
But the humid weather has been good for one thing... pizza dough. If you haven't looked at it yet you should check out the
shame of pizza. Mark my words:
