It's truly amazing what science can tell us if we only lend an ear and listen. I came across an article recently that really opened my eyes to an area of science that I was relatively unaware of. The article (by Doug Zongker, University of Washington) discuses some new research that has staggering implications, but also opens the doors for promising developments. It's kind of hard to describe, so you should have a look for yourself.
