Mac and Cheese, Mac and Cheese...
Yesterday I made honest to goodness macaroni and cheese. First I used long, uncut, macaroni. It contained Mild Cheddar, Sharp Cheddar, English Seaside Cheddar, Dutch Arina Goat Cheese, Mozzarella, and Romano, all mixed together with a drizzling of basil infused olive-oil. Bind it together with a two eggs, a cup of milk, and then top it off with bread crumbs. And oh yes, LOTS of butter. Feast your eyes on
the majesty.
