Challenger Deep! The lowest measured point on earth (below sea level) is located in the southern end of the Mariana Trench. The pressure at the bottom is about 1,095 times that what we deal with on the surface, which is enough to crush most ponies. Certainly, every pony they have thrown in the trench has been crushed at that depth.
